About Esmeralda
Esmeralda Negron is a former elite athlete, entrepreneur, and globally recognized leader in women’s sports. She now devotes her work to helping high performing individuals return to their deepest inner alignment.
Her work is grounded in a simple truth: the greatness people experience in peak moments is not created by the arena, the boardroom, or any external circumstance. Those moments reveal a version of you that you are meant to embody. Most people have caught glimpses of this, yet few learn how to live from that place consistently.
Esmeralda guides her clients out of performance driven success and into embodied greatness, where clarity, presence, and authentic power become a way of being, not something accessed occasionally, but something fully lived.
A high achiever from an early age, Esmeralda built her life through passion, discipline, and ambition. Soccer was where she first experienced true inner alignment, feeling creative, intuitive, powerful, and free. She played at Princeton University, leading her team to the NCAA Final Four and earning First Team All American honors, as well as a place with the U 21 U.S. Women’s National Team. During this time, success was a natural byproduct of her most authentic expression. She was not chasing achievement, she was living in alignment with what she loved.

After college, believing that soccer was the source of that feeling, she continued to pursue it in every form. She became one of the first American women to play professionally in Europe, competing in France and Germany before transitioning into coaching. She then spent eight years as a Division I coach at Seton Hall University and Princeton, before moving into the business side of the sport.
She went on to cofound Atalanta Media, a pioneering women’s soccer media company later acquired by DAZN, where she became Global Co CEO of the women’s sports division. Across each chapter, she continued to achieve at a high level, yet felt increasingly disconnected from the version of herself she had once accessed so effortlessly.
Despite her external success and her proximity to the sport that once brought her alive, something internally felt out of reach.
After stepping away from playing, the state of clarity and flow she once lived in became inconsistent, and eventually disappeared. She continued to succeed, but it no longer felt the same. Over time, she experienced unexplained physical symptoms, anxiety, and a persistent sense of disconnection from herself. The gap between how her life looked and how it felt became impossible to ignore.
Determined to understand what was happening, she began a deeper exploration through yoga, meditation, somatic work, and self inquiry. What began as a search for healing became something far greater.
She realized that the version of herself she had once accessed on the field was never gone. It had always been within her. What she had never learned was how to live from that place beyond performance, or how to access it consistently in every area of her life. She also came to understand that nothing external could create this state. She had accessed it in sport because of how she was being, not because of what she was doing.
That realization changed everything.
Esmeralda began to see life itself as the arena. Every challenge, trigger, and relationship became an opportunity to return to alignment. As she transformed internally, her external world began to shift with precision, her work, her relationships, and her sense of purpose reorganizing around a deeper truth.
Her nervous system settled. She began to move from a place of inner authority rather than performance or external validation. She experienced the same calm, clarity, and confidence she once felt as an elite athlete, now as a way of living. Success, abundance, and opportunity became natural byproducts of alignment, rather than something she had to strive for or hold together.
Today, Esmeralda works with high performing individuals across arenas, including athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives, who are ready to move beyond survival driven success and into a more grounded, expansive way of living.
Her clients come to her having achieved at a high level, yet feeling the pull for something more. Through her work, they reconnect with the version of themselves that leads with clarity, presence, and self trust, bringing that state into every area of life and transforming the way they lead, relate, and move in the world.
Her approach blends emotional mastery, somatic integration, and identity level transformation into a grounded, practical path that creates lasting, inside out change.
Esmeralda is currently writing her debut book, which explores the journey of returning to one’s true self, living in alignment with purpose, and embodying authentic power beyond performance.
Through her coaching, writing, and leadership, she empowers people to release survival and performance, rise into their fullest expression, and create lives rooted in alignment, wholeness, and authentic power.
